Bio:
Cieanna Smith is an Attorney and Researcher within the Caribbean and the Americas. She is a
graduate of the Norman Manley Law School and a graduate of the University of the West
Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.
She embraces Technology Law with a view to ensuring Security and International Peace. She
is a volunteer and serves on several Boards, Councils and Committees in her region. Cieanna
supports the Constitutional Right to a Dignified Life which should be experienced by the
Preservation of Life and Protection of the Earth.
Cieanna is the co-chair of the Your World and Mine Initiative (YWMI) and co-founder of the
Artificial Intelligence Research Council (Americas).
